Payment and Billing Terms

Monthly subscription fee is $250 AUD including GST, charged at the beginning of each billing period

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial payment

Billing occurs monthly in advance with automatic payment processing for active subscriptions

Service Disclaimers

Consultation services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific financial outcomes

We make no guarantees about investment performance or financial results from our guidance

Individual results may vary significantly based on personal circumstances and market conditions

Liability Limitations

Our liability for any claims arising from consultation services is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from service use.

Our total liability is capped at the consultation fee paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

User Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify morenavelios against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our website or consultation services.

Clients agree to indemnify morenavelios against claims arising from misuse of consultation services or provided information.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation service relationship with appropriate notice.

Clients may cancel subscriptions with 30 days' written notice

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment

Termination does not affect obligations that arose before the termination date

Dispute Resolution
